Refund Policy

Welcome to Decent Web Services LLP, we ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions. Please read our refund policy carefully regarding our services and products.

1. Service-Based Work

All payments made for services such as website design, software development, ERP solutions, mobile apps, or digital marketing are non-refundable once the project has started.

2. Advance Payments

Advance payments are used for resource allocation, planning, and initial development work. Therefore, advance payments are not eligible for refunds.

3. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

• No refund will be issued for completed or ongoing work.
• The client will be responsible for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

4. Software & Digital Products

Refunds are not applicable for the following software solutions or licensed products:

• ERP software
• MLM software
• CRM software
• Nidhi or banking software
• Any downloadable or licensed digital product

5. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests may be reviewed only in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Decent Web Services LLP.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
