MLM software manages members, income and payouts for a direct selling business. Good software makes your accounts clear. But no software can make an unsafe plan legal, so we start with the plan.
1. Start with a lawful business model
A lawful direct selling business earns from the sale of real products or services to real customers. Plans that pay members mainly for bringing in new members, or promise fixed returns on money deposited, can fall under money circulation and prize chit laws and the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules. Before you build, get the plan reviewed by a lawyer or company secretary. We build software for product-based plans.
2. Plan engine that fits your plan
Binary, level, matrix, unilevel or single-leg: the software should calculate the plan you actually use, with clear rules for pairing, levels and capping. Ask to see the calculation on sample data.
3. Member panel
Members should see their team tree, purchases, income statement and wallet. A clean panel reduces calls to your office.
4. Wallet, payout and TDS handling
Look for wallet ledgers, payout requests, admin approval and the deductions required by law. Every rupee should be traceable.
5. Product orders and stock
Because income should come from product sales, the software should record orders, invoices, GST and stock, and tie income to real sales volume.
6. Franchise and reports
Franchise or distributor logins, daily business reports and exportable statements help you run branches with control.
7. Security and audit trail
Admin actions should be logged and member data protected. Ask how backups are taken and who can change plan settings.
